Broken link to introduction #8

As far as I can see, the only introduction to using this library is a reference to the Text.Html library via http://www.cse.ogi.edu/~andy/html/intro.htm. That link, however, is broken and returns nothing Haskell-specific.

Can that link be fixed, or – if the document is gone – is there any other introduction material specific to this library that can be provided/referenced?
