Added Monadic Party #234

This adds Monadic Party, a Haskell Summer School taking place in Poznań, Poland.

I wasn't sure where exactly to put it, because it's not an event that happens next week. In the process of elimination I figured the Featured section might be the best fit, but feel free to rearrange ;)
