Introducing thread to handle video streaming

some enhancements to make the code more efficient and add some new features:

Logging: Add logging to track events and errors. Email Notifications: Improve email notifications by adding images of detected violence. Object Persistence: Introduce a timeout mechanism to handle objects that disappear temporarily. Threading: Use threading to handle video stream reading and processing concurrently.
