candidate draft for IAB stream? #3350

The page https://datatracker.ietf.org/stream/iab/ currently does not show any drafts with the draft--iab name scheme. This make sense as those drafts are not yet assigned to the IAB stream. However, it would be useful to find these candidate drafts as well easily. Can we just show then on that page as well? Or should we ask during submission when such a name is detected if it should be assigned to the IAB stream?
