Add SAA group in datatracker #3359

Hi,

Suggest adding the IETF mailing list SAA team in the datatracker and also letting it show up in the public profile of the SAA.

Maybe it could be considered as a team (but with no chairs) with a description.

Dhruv, could you say a bit more about why this would be advantageous to have in the datatracker? (I'm not opposed, just curious.)
