When a user elects to perform an export, the system should display the size of the export file before proceeding with download, to allow the user to abort

The export feature has been updated as follows:

selecting export produces a popup which shows how many messages will be exported
when an export type is chosen a spinner is displayed to show that the app is doing work
the browser should display the size of the file it is downloading
