mail archive: unable to open message directly from message list

In the old tool each subject line was a link, this enabled (among other things) opening messages from the index in new windows. In the new tool, listed messages aren't links so this isn't possible.

This also makes it harder to get the URL for a particular message which is a common need for WG chairs when managing document flow in datatracker.

I personally find this a major limitation of the new tool.

Double-clicking a search result row will open the message in a new window, with a message specific URL .
