Change tooltip color to make more visibile #218

The tooltip is currently grey which doesn't stand out from the background.

Not as easy as it sounds. The tooltips in use now are browser features and so only configurable on the user side. Tried bootstrap tooltips but there looks to be an issue related to element positioning. May need to provide a custom template to resolve this.
