Next Page link broken #237

When browsing a list with javascript disabled, the next page link is broken.

Report: I visit https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/calsify/?so=-date , click "Next" on the bottom, and get redirected to https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/search/?so=-date&page=2:

"Not Found

The requested URL /arch/search/ was not found on this server."

Fix next page link in browse view. Fixes #2528
