Filter by From not working after time filter #242

Example:

Browse dnsop, https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/browse/dnsop/ Select Past Year filter If results are < 5000 Filter by From should be active, it isn't

The example given above shows a list browse url, which will not include facets because browse queries hit the database and not the search index.
