I have added a search function to the main document page. There is a new link "Search Mailing Lists" titled which will do a Google search for the document (similar to the tools interface) since there does not seem to be an ARO interface available for IETF mailing lists.

Right now, the search is not draft version specific, but it is trivial to modify it to be version specific.

For non-wg drafts the search will be on all IETF mailing lists.
