The list of "Related Active Documents (not working group documents)" includes drafts that have long since expired (and have or have not been replaced/adopted). Can they be split out into an expired section?

These expired drafts do need to be made visually distinctive, if in fact the right thing to do is to display them at all. If they're not in a condition that prevents natural expiration (like being in IESG evaluation or in the RFC Editor queue) they probably shouldn't be showing here at all.

An example (at the moment anyhow) of a puzzling one: http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-urpalainen-simple-presence-relaxng/ shows on the SIMPLE page. It's not immediately clear why that's coming up as unexpired.

I believe the way related documents is gathered has changed significantly. Please reopen the bug if we still have expired documents showing.
