The 'Updated as of' indication on meeting materials and agenda is misleading.

The time given is actually the time the page was fetched, which means that it is both very unfriendly to any kind of mirroring, diffing or other tool handling, and it doesn't add any information -- it would be of interest to know the time of last change, but that isn't shown.

This time should be replaced with the time of change, or taken out.

Possibly a 'Page generated at ' annotation could be put at the bottom so it's easy to filter out if needed, but that still would screw up any mirroring.
