  1. opened the page
  2. clicked submit:
    • the Django page asked for the required information to fill;
    • the Perl page gave a message "Your message has been sent to IDTRACKER Design Team".

The difference here is that the cgi version does no checking of its arguments so will send an empty message from "nobody" with no subject to the list. The django version requires that all of the fields be filled in. I think that is more correct behavior.
