I tried to add a new list.

For "List URL" the fields were missing for http:// or https:// Therefore, I couldn't enter the information.

For "Subscribe URL" the field was missing for http://

Please compare with https://datatracker.ietf.org/public/nwg_list_submit.cgi?command=get_info&add_edit=add . The existing tool only has one input field for all of the checkboxes, and I duplicated that exactly (other than the size of the input field, which I will fix).

I did think that this method of asking for input was somewhat confusing, and that it would be better to just have a box to type in the URL since people are used to typing "http://" and shouldn't have to use a checkbox for it, but I went to great lengths to replicate the existing look of the site -- since it was so odd, I assumed that someone had explicitly requested that it be designed that way.

The django tool works the same as the perl tool, so this is not a bug that we're going to fix now - it's really a request for a site redesign.
