<referencegroup> vs RFC style requirements #323

component_vocabulary resolution_overtaken by events type_defect | by julian.reschke@gmx.de

I don't believe as currently defined in the vocab and HTML specs addresses the RFC Style requirement for citing BCPs/STDs.

Either we need to fix or change/clarify the RFC Style document.
