Periodically (monthly?) email the list of addresses on any given tools alias (like rai-ads@ or draft-foo-bar@) to that alias to improve the chances that lists that are wrong get corrected.

Maybe this should be a daily thing, where we randomly pick, say, 3 aliases and send the message asking for the contents to be reviewed (providing instructions on where to submit a request for changes).
