More informative message for authors>5 with strict=yes #12

XML2RFC handles "number of authors >5" as an error when the strict PI is set to "yes", which is fine, but we don't seem to be able to remember that if you encounter this error, you can unset the strict PI and have your input file complete processing.

Could the error message text be enhanced to say something like 'this condition is treated as an error when the "strict" PI is set to "yes", and treated as a warning otherwise'?
