Document State Change Edit lacks dropdowns in IE 8 #354

This URL gives a state edit page which works as expected under Firefox 3.*, but lacks dropdown lists under IE 8 when vied by a checked-in IESG member:

I'm looking into this. Unfortunately, I can't reproduce it with the same user on another document in a local instance of the 3.00 branch. I'll try doing a reimport of the data set so I can view the same document (I can't access on the URL on live, can I?).

Just did a reimport, still can't reproduce it. Can I somehow get access to the live URL, or otherwise, would you mind attaching a screenshot or something like that?

File attachment gave me a permission denied. :) Here's a link to a screenshot in a working IE 8 on my local instance, question is whether there's any difference in the setup between this and live?

I didn't notice the screenshots before now, sorry! I have finally managed to find an IE 6 that reproduces the problem. The culprit appears to be the width setting on the select boxes that in some circumstances triggers a bug in the browser. I'll attach a patch to fix that.
