I am facing issue at the time of installing the requirement. which python version i need to use.

You probably figured this out already, but in case you didn't: It says Requires-Python >=3.8 so you need Python version 3.8 or higher. It seems that you are using Python 2.7, which is no longer supported (if I am not mistaken).

Edit: I suggest to use 3.8.10, I just tested it and it seems to work as expected. You can use something like Anaconda to manage python environments, if you are not doing that already.
