[CATEGORY]: [Description Of Work Completed], where the category is always in CAPS and the description in Pascal Case e.g. FOUNDATIONS: Add Student

In addition there should be an Issue created to match the work your PR is for. Then in the comment box above you use the syntax Close # and directly after the hash you place the issue number or select it from the popup of open issues
