Compatibility problems with UnRAR source v6.0.1 and later #146

Some compatibility issues have been discovered with the more recent version(s) of UnRAR source starting with v6.0.1. Note that currently the latest supported version of UnRAR source is v5.9.4. Any later versions should not be used in combination with rar2fs until the root cause has been identified.
