adjustment shape layer witch acces to all filters

HY, local edit is great option, but realy good idea have corel aftershot -

the have adjustment layer editor, this is vector shape witch featcher option 
and we can have many layers to adjust part of image. 
So user can draw some shape add featcher, then have only this part of image in 
editor - all setting settings is used for only this layer (not only brithnes 
like we have in photivo now). Great option mayby is possible add to local edit 
this way.

Hi,

that’s two different feature requests you have there.

1) Manual selection of the region a spot works on.
Seems like a medium sized task. Probably not too hard to integrate into the 
current spot architecture and the user interface; at least for reasonably 
straight forward spot shapes, i.e. definitely no pixel-by-pixel manipulation of 
spot shapes.

2) Spot supporting all available Filters.
That’s not possible with the old filter architecture. And it will take quite 
some time until all filters are ported to the new architecture.

Provided Photio development doesn’t change – i.e. mike and me continue to 
have limited time and no one new steps in 1) *might* happen in the next few 
months. Number 2) I wouldn’t rule out completely but definitely not any time 
soon. So: maybe next year. ;)

thanks for info, first option is need, but second is great if in some time will 
by aded i think is very good, if you have some time install corel aftershot 
demo the have good idea to manage regions and mayby is not very hard , regions 
is some kind of new image so mayby is not nesesary to rebuils all filters.
