Photivo won't start #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch photivo
2. Load settings file, do not load image
3. Exit photivo. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The app does not start anymore.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
win 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Console output.
Settingsfile '.../AppData/Roaming/photivo/photivo.ini
Language 'en_US'; Translation enabled: 1
.../Dev/Photivo binary/Profiles/Preview/sRGB.icc

The icc file in the location above does not exist.

Work around. Run photivoClean.exe

The workaround is the proposed way at the moment. 

The whole problem refers to portable settings files and is very high on my todo 
list (http://photivo.org/photivo/feedback).

Since platform and install folder independent settings files work fine now, I 
think we can call this issue resolved.
