unable to start DHCP server within addon #373

Problem/Motivation

Motivation: My router does not support changing internal DNS settings, so I was looking to set the adguard hassio add-on with its DHCP server enabled.

Problem: unable to enable DHCP server via adguard settings.

Expected behavior

DHCP server to be enabled.

Actual behavior

DHCP server was not enabled.

Steps to reproduce

go to adguard web ui -> settings -> Enable DHCP server I see no feedback that it has been enabled, and the devices in my network didn't get ip's.

port was listed as closed in nmap scans
