Unable to add to DNS allowlists #482

Problem/Motivation

I wanted to add a DNS entry to the allow list. But for some reason this isn't possible

Expected behavior

I was expecting the entry to be created

Actual behavior

I got an error message Error: control/filtering/add_url | Couldn't fetch filter from URL "https://webs.norstatsurveys.com": data is HTML, not plain text | 400
