Chrome cast not discovered without restart #163

Problem/Motivation

Dupe of #123 which was closed but needs to be fixed as losing connection is a HUGE pain in the ass and easily solved with polling before acting.

Expected behavior

The addon to always be connected with the devices found.

Actual behavior

Device list becomes stale and devices are not reachable.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start addon
  2. Connect audio device to hear output
  3. Turn off chromecast
  4. Try to connect to the same device: time out

Proposed changes

Poll and reestablish connection state upon client request?

This is actually not consistently reproducible, but somehow the list goes stale over time.
