LED BLE Entity #219

Problem/Motivation

LED BLE Entity works in HA and shows as device in appdaemon, however, icons for item will not display and item is not controlled by appdaemon but does change state in HA

Running latest version .... ble-proxy lights still not working (icons don't show not able to control)
