Update from 0.10.1 to 0.11.0 fails #226

Problem/Motivation

After attempting an update from Appdaemon 0.10.1 to 0.11.0 in Home Assistant, Appdeamon does not run.

Expected behavior

I have used Appdaemon for almost a year to serve dashboards with no issue. Dashboards render fine in browsers.

Actual behavior

Latest update breaks Appdaemon and browsers report "server not available" - :5050 is not available. I have tried updating twice with same results, the last time with a fresh reboot of HA. I run HA in a VirtualBox VM on a PC. Current version of HA core 23.1.2, OS 9.4 and Supervisor 22.12.1. Log file attached showing "ValueError: source code string cannot contain null bytes" when attempting start up.

install 0.11.0 update from Appdaemon add-on in Home Assistant
