404 error when viewing monitor or deleting monitor

Problem/Motivation

When creating a monitor of a topic i get a 404 error in the top. Also i am unable to delete any topics monitor views Sometimes the monitor views collects the messages sometimes not

Expected behavior

That i don't get the 404 error and that i am able to delete views

Steps to reproduce

I have checked if there is no other add on running that can cause the error
