Problem/Motivation

Sometimes the grafana page refreshes, changing the navigation away from the dashboard I have selected back to the landing page When this happens the dashboard I was viewing and anything I may have been doing at the time (focusing in on a specific time, changing a panel, etc) are lost and I have to re-navigate back to my desired dashboard and re-select what I was doing

Expected behavior

The page doesn't refresh automatically and it stays as is

Actual behavior

The page refreshes, changing my grafana navigation back to the landing page and all work that was done and unsaved was lost (including changes that were intentionally not going to be saved for analysis purposes)

Steps to reproduce

Load a grafana dashboard and wait

Proposed changes

If this is a setting that can be altered, expose it through an envvar or something to allow users to customize their behavior to best fit their use cases
