Dashboards visibility problem #361

Problem/Motivation

Expected behavior

Dashboards can be created on any device and visible from any device too.

Actual behavior

Dashboards that created using one device, is not visible from other devices. I logged in using same user on all of the devices.

Addon version: 9.0.3 HA version: 2023.9.3
