Add custom_js.html and custom_css.html support #338

It would be great to have this functionality: https://github.com/grocy/grocy#adding-your-own-css-or-js-without-to-have-to-modify-the-application-itself

That would allow for full customization of the UI, with powerful actions like hiding some unused sections (e.g. grocy/grocy#2134) and restyling with custom CSS.
