Stocks can't be changed #395

Problem/Motivation

if stock_best_before_date_tracking option disabled - stocks can't be changed, purchase feature not working too

Expected behavior

stocks can be changed even with stock_best_before_date_tracking disabled

Steps to reproduce

install grocy addon, disable stock_best_before_date_tracking, try to purchase or inventory stocks
