Flux timezone import fails

Problem/Motivation

Trying to use timezone in flux to run some queries that are not possible to do with influxQL

Expected behavior

To be able to use timezones in Flux.

Actual behavior

Failing with error

unknown import path: "timezone"

Steps to reproduce

Just trying

import "timezone"

in Chronograph or in Grafana

Proposed changes

Unknown, maybe it's a version problem, or a configuration issue?
