Update 18.0->19.1 Performance issues and snapshot no more working

Problem/Motivation

Since Motioneye was updated from 18.0 to 19.0/19.1 I'm suffering from performance issues (delay/latency) and a no more working snapshot function (says in succeeds but files are empty)

Expected behavior

Same latency than with 18.0 (0-1 seconds, now 10-90 seconds), workinf snapshot function in automations.

Actual behavior

Described above.

Steps to reproduce

Did someone experience the same behavior or is there a solution available?

The same problem , the pictures are empty

In my case the snapshot is working once every 3-4 times, most of the time the size of the created file is 0.
