Problem/Motivation

Call a Web Hook in Motioneye turns back on automatically after turning it off, it eats too many resources

Expected behavior

After turning off Call a Web Hook to stay turned on and not to turn back on automatically

Actual behavior

Call a Web Hook in Motioneye turns back on automatically after turning it off

Steps to reproduce

Motioneye Configuration in yaml: motion_webcontrol: false ssl: true certfile: fullchain.pem keyfile: privkey.pem action_buttons: []
