The addon-motioneye does not initialize #439

Problem/Motivation

I can't initialize after its installation (0.19.1)

Expected behavior

Let the add-on initialize

Actual behavior

The add-on does not initialize

Steps to reproduce

In my case, install and then click on initialize

Proposed changes
