FTP is not working #458

Problem/Motivation

Upload service to FTP is not working

Expected behaviour

The files need to be pushed to the FTP server given location

Actual behaviour

Files are not being pushed

Steps to reproduce

Step FTP upload of all media types and in lower version and update to 0.20.0 version

Proposed changes

(If you have a proposed change, workaround or fix, Need to upload file to off-site storage
