Addon cannot start

Steps to reproduce

  1. Freshly installed addon https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-mqtt-io/blob/main/mqtt-io/DOCS.md

Proposed changes

  1. How to add configuration?
  2. What should be included in the initial config?
  3. Why it couldn't be created by addon itself?
