Installation from nodered fails with wrong tag error #1486

Problem/Motivation

"node-red-contrib-home-assistant-websocket" does not install from inside of nodered

Expected behavior

should install without issues

Actual behavior

Invalid tag name ""\~"0.46.2" of package "node-red-contrib-home-assistant-websocket@"\~"0.46.2": Tags may not have any characters that encodeURIComponent encodes.

Steps to reproduce

Update nodes from inside of nodered

Proposed changes

you can install that from npm npm install node-red-contrib-home-assistant-websocket but any other update or install from nodered will fail
