NR dashboards are empty after 16.0.2 upgrade #1753

After upgrading to 16.0.2 all of the Node Red flows are there but the dashboards are empty apart from text labels. The dashboards used to consist of js graphic gauges. The js code is still there intact but no view when trying to display the content.
