No Longer able to organise Node Red Flow Tabs #1813

Problem/Motivation

Report issue with HA Node Red Flow Tabs

Expected behavior

Click and drag should allow the Flow tabs to be reorganised

Actual behavior

No longer possible to reorganise flow tabs

Steps to reproduce

Open HA Node Red with multiple flow tabs. Clicking on tab has no effect.

Proposed changes

Reinstate previous published behaviour.
