Trying to restore just one flow and it restores all flows and nodes #1820

Problem/Motivation

Trying to retore one flow and it always restores all flows

(Why the issue was filed)

Expected behavior

(What you expected to happen) I expect if I select one flow and one flow only(hunt for red october...) that it would only retore that one flow.

Actual behavior

(What actually happened) It restores all flows that are included in the flows file. In this instance the xxxflows.json file is an export of all flows on a specific date.

Steps to reproduce

Export all flows to a local export. Then try to import just one flow Select import>Select the file you want to import from Select view nodes and then select just one file to restore Select import "selected" Suddenly I imported 35 flows and 1109 nodes..... Not at all what I wanted. image
