💄Fix error log path to /dev/stderr #91

Proposed Changes

Pi-Hole appears to use the PHP_ERROR_LOG env var to set the error log used by the auth.php page. If not set and it is attempted to be written to, and error is logged. Appears to be cosmetic but this will remove that error.
