Addon stops working and never get reseted by watchdog #219

The Addon stops after some time to work, generally as described here: https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-spotify-connect/issues/138#issue-981270724

Expected behavior

Since I checked the "Watchdog" option, I expect it reset/restart the addon automatically if some error happens.

Actual behavior

The add-on stops working, it disappears on my spotify clients. Sometimes the process is stopped when I look in addons.

Steps to reproduce

I don't know, it is happening over time, maybe on connection loss. It is happening also when is no music played.

Proposed changes

Restart on any error, I could write a script which is spoofs for error keywords in the logs and then restarts the addon but I can't figure out where I can find the logs in the terminal. If someone gives me a hint I would appreciate it
