.zshrc customization and .oh-my-zsh custom theme/pugins not retained when server restarted #748

Problem/Motivation

The .zshrc customization, and .oh-my-zsh custom theme/pugins aren'n retained when the addon is restarted.

Expected behavior

Keep the customizations.

Actual behavior

All file are reverted to the original state, just like if the addon was install from nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Change something in the .zshrc file, add a custom OMZ plugins/theme. Reboot the Addon See that all your customization are gone.

Proposed changes

Fix this, or add a folder to retain those customization.
