Cannot adopt new devices

Problem/Motivation

When adding existing profile in Unify controller, I am not able to add new APs to the controller. When you forget a controller for example the AP goes in adopt pending mode. When you press adopt it tells its adopting. However, after some time it is still adopting you can however already add the AP to you wifi but it doesn't stop pending

Expected behavior

When you adopt a new AP it adopt after pressing adopt button without issues.

Actual behavior

Keep on being pending

Steps to reproduce

Import an existing profile, and after that adopt APs

After a clean config setup and doing the steps with the override it works :)
