4.10 gitlab pull rate exceeded preventing build #67

HI, I was trying to find out why zwave to mqtt add-on didn't update the zwave2mqtt from 4.06 to 4.10 or 4.11. I see on gitlab that the docker build failed because the pull rate limit was exceeded. Can this be resolved?
