HA Addon Version 6.2 of deconz is not starting when VLC is activated

I have updated to the latest Deconz version on home assistant and I have (as per two other user too) the same problem as the 6.1.

Platform Raspberry PI 4 and Conbee II key

When VNC is started Deconz is not starting

Workaround: Remove the vnc port on the configuration and restard Deconz.
